Packing and Unpacking Services

If you want our movers to come out and handle all the packing for you, the prices will be based on our hourly rates, which are discussed below. If you are planning on doing your own packing, we can provide you with professional quality moving supplies, and even deliver them right to your home or business. Supplies can include cling wrap, bubble wrap, boxes, moving blankets, and more. Delivery of these items to your home is just $30 if you live within 20 miles of our offices.

Hourly Rates for Services

When you hire our movers, the main charges will be based on our hourly rate. The following hourly rates are per hour, per person. The number of movers required for your job will be determined at the time we provide the estimate.

• Regular Hourly Rate - $30 per hour. This applies to work done Monday – Saturday, 8AM-7PM.
• Overtime Hourly Rate - $40 per hour. This applies to work done Monday – Saturday, 7PM-8AM.
• Sunday & Holiday Rate - $50 per hour. This applies to work done Sunday’s and holidays.

Calculating Travel Charges

If your move requires travel time, the charges will be based on the number of miles, which will then be converted into an hourly rate. For example:

• 3-10 miles is .5 hours
• 11-20 miles is 1 hour
• 21-30 miles is 1.5 hours
• 31-50 miles is 2.5 hours
• Any miles over 100 is billed at .5 hours per 20 miles.

Deposits and Refunds

When you book our services, there will be a 20% down payment required. This deposit will apply to the total costs of your move, and is based on the estimate provided. If you need to cancel your move, it must be done at least 7 days in advance in order to get your deposit back.

Additional Charges

Certain items can be moved at a set rate based on their size or other factors. Things like cars, motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles, golf carts, playhouses, and other large items must be mentioned when booking your move. We’ll provide you with the exact price for relocating these items.
